About the Role:

Head of Retail Banking

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute
strategic plans for the retail banking division
, aligned with the organizations overall goals.
Identify new market opportunities and growth segments within retail banking.
Drive initiatives for
customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
.
Collaborate with the executive team to define retail banking goals and performance metrics.

Retail Banking Operations

Oversee all retail banking operations, including
branches, digital banking channels, customer service, and support teams
.
Ensure
operational efficiency, risk management, and adherence to internal policies
.
Implement processes to enhance
service delivery, productivity, and cost efficiency
.

Financial Performance & Risk Management

Monitor the
profitability, portfolio performance, and risk profile
of retail banking operations.
Implement risk management practices in compliance with
regulatory requirements
.
Collaborate with finance teams for
budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing
retail banking team
.
Define roles, responsibilities, and
performance objectives
for team members.
Promote a
culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement
.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent).
Experience in
digital banking, fintech integration, or retail banking transformation projects
.
Familiarity with
data-driven decision-making, customer analytics, and CRM tools
.
