Head Regional Operations

We are looking for a Regional Head - Operations for our locations in South & North.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and grow a high-value business portfolio of approximately ₹5,000 Cr. The ideal candidate will operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, driving strategic outcomes and delivering exceptional business performance.

18–20 years FMCG experience with 15+ years in leadership, handling large volumes and teams will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Category, SCM, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment.
• Drive operational excellence through strict adherence to processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Drive strategy into action with sharp, timely execution
• Build a high-performance team by leading training, coaching, and capability development.
• Cultivate strong, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enabling smooth operations and long-term business success.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and business transformation.

Qualifications:

Post Graduation with 18-20 years of relevant experience
