Responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives in alignment with group’s mission & values.
• Oversee portfolio management of multiple concurrent projects; set measurable targets and track progress to improve impact and ensure investments are meeting strategic goals.
• Foster strong relationships with relevant local communities, stakeholders, NGOs, and other partners.
• Interface with group's leadership and collaborate with internal teams to advance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in infrastructure development, with a focus on large-scale projects. Experience managing capex projects worth ₹100+ crore. Project finance knowledge is a plus.
• MBA from a premier institution (IIM or equivalent) and engineering degree from a top-tier institute (IIT or equivalent).
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Understanding of the social development sector.

Required Skills

1. Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

2. Manage large-scale project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial tracking.

3. Identify and mitigate project risks, including regulatory and compliance risks.

4. Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

5. Lead cross-functional teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.

6. Lead and mentor project management teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.

7. Manage vendor contracts and ensure quality service delivery in projects.

8. Ability to manage scope changes and adapt to evolving needs and regulations.

Preferred Skills

MBA from a premier institution (IIM or equivalent) and engineering degree from a top-tier institute (IIT or equivalent).
