Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for the product development of Cables for Control, Instrumentation, Power, Rolling Stock, Marine, UL, and various specialty cables.
Candidate should have strong experience in Compound Development, who understands the cable designs, Development.
Coordinate with various agencies with respect to new product designs, product applications, customers requirements.
Ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective implementation of product developments in close collaboration with Sales and other internal departments and external partners.
Expertise required in leading Laboratory and Cable Type testing.

Preferred candidate profile

Degree in Electrical engineering. with 15-22 Years of experience in Technical Cable Design and Manufacturing with minimum 5 years experience in Compound development for Cables.
In depth knowledge of IS, IEC, BS EN, VDE, UL, AS/NZS, IEEE, etc.. for Control & Instrumentation, Railway, Marine, Solar, Drive & Servo cables, Power Cables and various Specialty cables.
Experience in carrying out complex technical projects handling day to technical queries, Approval Procedures and Cable & Compound testing and development.
In depth Knowledge with self experience in Design, Development of various type of Cables and Compound Development.
