Role & responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Compound Developer to design, develop, and optimize rubber compounds for tyre applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize rubber compounds for various tyre components (tread, sidewall, innerliner, etc.). Conduct lab-scale mixing and physical testing of rubber compounds. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Participate in cost-reduction initiatives and raw material substitution.
