• Lead new motor projects from design to production, covering process setup, prototyping, trials, and handover.
• Design and improve manufacturing and assembly processes for better quality, cost, and scalability.
• Manage equipment selection, installation, and commissioning as per technical and capacity needs.
• Set up and maintain motor testing and validation systems.
• Oversee maintenance and utilities to ensure reliability, uptime, and safety; drive improvement through Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TPM.
• Perform PFMEA, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Explore and adopt advanced manufacturing, automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Guide and train the process engineering team to strengthen technical capabilities.
