Head Pastry Chef – Dmonde Membership Club | New Delhi, India (www.gravityglobalgroup.com) parent company, hospitality division ( We are hiring a skilled and creative Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry and bakery operations at Dmonde Membership Club, an exclusive lifestyle destination in New Delhi. About the Role: You will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality desserts, viennoiserie, and bakery items across our fine dining, café, and event offerings. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a refined palate, precision in execution, and a flair for modern presentation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day pastry and bakery production Create seasonal dessert menus, plated and retail pastry items Lead and train the pastry team to maintain consistency and quality Manage kitchen hygiene, costing, and ingredient sourcing Support event execution with custom dessert offerings Requirements: Minimum 8 years’ pastry experience with at least 2 years in a senior role Background in fine dining, luxury hotels, or premium cafés Strong skills in plated desserts, viennoiserie, entremets, and bread Creative mindset and strong attention to detail Based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi If you’re passionate about pastry and ready to lead in a high-end environment, we’d love to hear from you.
