Head Pastry Chef

Join Sweet n Savoury Bakery (SnS) as the Head Pastry Chef. We're looking for skilled individuals who can work in the kitchen to prepare all sorts of bakery items, like cakes, pastries, and desserts. We are a young, vibrant team with prior experience in 5-star hotels like W Goa and Fairmont.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cakes, pastries, and bread following traditional and modern recipes.
• Innovate and create new desserts to refresh menus.
• Monitor ingredient stocks and maintain equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the kitchen and food industry.
• Prior experience with fondant cakes is a bonus.
• Attention to detail and creativity.
• Organizational and leadership skills.

Salary:

₹22,000.00–₹30,000.00 per month, negotiable based on the interview and experience.
