Own end-to-end operations and revenue performance for a fast-growing cloud kitchen business. Currently operating 3 outlets, this leadership role is responsible for scaling operations, driving profitable sales, ensuring food safety and process standardization, and leading regional expansion across southern India.
• Lead multi-outlet cloud kitchen operations with full P&L ownership
• Build, standardize, and scale SOPs across kitchens for quality and efficiency
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards
• Drive revenue growth through strong understanding of food delivery platform economics
• Optimize pricing, menu mix, promotions, and marketing levers for profitability
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to shape growth strategy
• Lead new outlet launches and ensure rapid stabilization and break-even
• Build and lead high-performing operations and sales teams
• Proven leadership experience in cloud kitchens, QSR, food-tech, or multi-brand food businesses
• Strong expertise in operations, food safety, and process standardization
• Deep understanding of Swiggy, Zomato, and aggregator-led revenue models
• Demonstrated ability to scale multi-city or regional operations profitably
• Strategic, data-driven, and hands-on leadership mindset
