Head – Operations (AgriBusiness)

Role Summary

day-to-day operations and program execution

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee

  operations and implementation

  of AgriBusiness and livelihood incubation programs at CIIC Madurai.
• Support

  agri-startups, FPOs, SHGs, and rural enterprises

  in business structuring, market linkage, and scale-up.
• Coordinate execution of

  government schemes, CSR-funded programs, and institutional projects

  .
• Manage

  on-ground program delivery

  , reporting, compliance, and documentation.
• Liaise with

  state and central government departments, corporates, NGOs, banks, and ecosystem partners

  .
• Support beneficiary onboarding, monitoring, and

  impact assessment

  .
• Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on

  strategy, partnerships, and new program development

  .

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in

  AgriBusiness, Rural Management, Development Studies, or related fields

  .

• 5–7 years of experience

  in agri-business operations, rural livelihoods, MSME programs, or incubation ecosystems.
• Strong exposure to

  government schemes, CSR projects, or donor-funded programs

  .
• Experience working with

  farmers, FPOs, rural entrepreneurs, or grassroots enterprises

  is preferred.
