Senior Manager- Corporate Partnerships

As a leading Section 8 not-for-profit incubator, CIIC supports startups in sustainability, deep deeptech, women entrepreneurship, and climate tech with the aim of being a catalyst for inclusive innovation. Through partnerships with corporates, we strive to scale our impact across India. Key responsibilities include: - Learning the various programs to effectively represent CIIC's work to all stakeholders. - Identifying and presenting CIIC's work to a targeted list of corporates in India for CSR funding. - Independently opening doors with senior executives to build a healthy pipeline of donors. - Achieving aligned annual fundraising goals from corporates in India, quarter-on-quarter. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-quality collaterals/proposals that align the financial needs of the organization with the giving objectives of the donors. - Managing end-to-end grant cycles, including proposals, due diligence, documentation, program delivery, impact tracking, and timely reporting. - Representing CIIC in ecosystem events. The ideal candidate: - Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B relationship management/consultative selling to senior executives. - Has a strong intent to support entrepreneurs in their journey of building/scaling ventures. - Is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, high ownership, and results orientation. - Is intellectually curious, well-read, and willing to learn by doing. - Possesses strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Is an articulate and confident speaker. - Has a consistent track record of delivering or exceeding expectations. - Is willing to travel within India.,
