Affiliated with BS Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science & Technology, CIIC focuses on disruptive technologies in Industry 4.0, Life Sciences, and Smart & Clean Mobility. The organization operates a state-of-the-art 55,000 sq. ft. facility in Chennai and collaborates with various institutions to deliver courses in social and life sciences entrepreneurship.

Role Description :

Key Responsibilities & Requirements :

1. Hardware Systems Management

   : Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance across all hardware infrastructure.

2. Network Infrastructure Administration

   : Design, implement, and maintain network systems including switches, routers, firewalls, and networking equipment. Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues to ensure reliable operations.

3. CCTV & Security Monitoring

   : Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and access control technologies.

4. System Maintenance & Updates

   : Execute routine maintenance tasks including system backups, security updates, antivirus protection, and performance optimization. Maintain system uptime through proactive monitoring and preventive care.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in hardware and network administration.

Proficiency in configuring and maintaining hardware systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Proficiency in configuring and maintaining network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment.

Proficiency in Monitoring & maintaining CCTV surveillance systems

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Certifications in relevant hardware and networking technologies
