Head of Total Rewards / Manager – Total Rewards with

About the Role:

Total Rewards professional


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take

    end-to-end ownership

    of the Total Rewards function, including:
  • Job evaluation, grading, and role mapping.
  • Market benchmarking and compensation structure design.
  • Variable pay, incentive, and benefits program development.
  • Annual salary review cycles and performance-based pay planning.
  • Serve as the

    primary internal point of contact

    for all Total Rewards and compensation-related queries.
  • Conduct regular

    market analysis

    to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business and budgetary goals.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to drive

    pay equity, transparency, and governance

    across all levels.
  • Develop and manage compensation policies and frameworks in compliance with

    local regulations and internal standards

  • Provide insights and reports to leadership for data-driven compensation decisions.
  • Potential to

    expand the scope

    to group-level compensation and benefits programs based on performance.
