Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve hospital revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities in corporate, institutional, and direct patient channels.
Ensure alignment of sales initiatives with the hospital’s brand positioning and service offerings.
2. Team Management & Development
Lead, mentor, and motivate regional and zonal sales teams.
Set performance goals, review results, and ensure accountability at all levels.
Conduct training programs to enhance team knowledge of hospital services and patient engagement strategies.
3. Business Development & Networking
Build and maintain strong referral networks with oncologists, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
Develop relationships with corporates, TPAs, insurance providers, and NGOs for patient referrals.
Represent the hospital at health camps, medical conferences, and awareness programs.
4. Market Intelligence & Growth Planning
Monitor market trends, competition activities, and patient needs to guide strategic decisions.
Identify underserved regions and create outreach plans for expanding the hospital’s footprint.
Drive brand visibility and community awareness through targeted campaigns.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and dashboards for senior management.
Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical sales practices, and industry regulations.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
