Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and implement a future-ready technology roadmap for India, UK, and Singapore operations.
  • Drive organization-wide digitization, automation, and AI adoption, ensuring measurable business impact.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and innovation to enhance customer experience and workforce productivity.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering accountability and excellence.

2. Enterprise Systems Management

  • Manage ERP (RAMCO) and HRMS (HROne) platforms, ensuring seamless integration with finance, HR, and operations.
  • Oversee in-house IT applications (Mobility Management, Workforce Management, Attendance Solutions), coordinating with external consultants as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement of enterprise applications to improve scalability, compliance, and usability.

3. IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

  • Ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective IT infrastructure (on-premise & cloud).
  • Manage servers, laptops, networking devices, and connectivity across global offices.
  • Lead cybersecurity, data protection, and IT compliance, including internal audits and regulatory adherence.
  • Develop and maintain a Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plan (BCP/DRP).

4. Automation, Analytics & AI

  • Launch automation projects across HR, finance, workforce, and client-facing operations.
  • Deploy real-time dashboards and analytics tools to monitor productivity, KPIs, and service outcomes.
  • Champion AI-enabled solutions (chatbots, predictive analytics, workforce scheduling, etc.) to enhance efficiency and scalability.

5. Governance, Compliance & Vendor Management

Establish governance frameworks for IT and digital initiatives, ensuring audit-readiness.

  • Drive vendor management across ERP, HRMS, cloud, and consulting partners, ensuring SLAs and cost optimization.
  • Maintain strict compliance with IT policies, cyber laws, and client-specific regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven leadership in IT, ERP, HRMS, and enterprise solutions management.
  • Demonstrated success in digital transformation, automation, or AI adoption projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Excellent vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders across geographies.
  • Strategic thinker with operational execution focus.

Qualifications

  • 15 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in services, manpower-intensive, or facility/security industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in managing global IT operations is a strong plus.
