Role Description

This is a full-time Head of Sales role based in Payyannur with a hybrid work model, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing and leading the sales team to achieve targets, and cultivating strong relationships with key clients. Responsibilities include overseeing account management activities, analyzing market trends, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring the team's alignment with overall business objectives. Additionally, the role demands maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
• Demonstrated expertise in Account Management and cultivating strong client relationships.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and measure sales performance effectively.
• Proven ability in Team Management, including mentoring, motivating, and building high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment balancing on-site and remote responsibilities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly desirable.
