About us:


Osho Himalayas is a wellness resort near Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. Located in a Himalayan valley, in this workplace, you can enjoy not just work. Nature, fresh air, water, and an amazing view of the hills.


We are rapidly growing our operations, quality, and range of service for our guests coming here for wellness/meditation.


Role: 


Effectively communicate about the meditation and wellness courses offered at the resort to facilitate bookings.


Achieve significant growth in annual sales revenue for the resort


Build/lead/nurture a strong team to deliver results sustainably.


Responsibilities:


Ensure the guest profile is consistent with the values of Osho Himalayas.


Diversify the guest base - Increase substantially the contribution of international guests 


Work towards reducing reliance on seasonal/short-term guests.


Ensure team hiring, training, and delivery are consistent with the long-term goals.


Put in place systems and controls in the sales process to improve guest experience and cost efficiency.


Actively help in automating the processes.


At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, D2C, and have led a sales team 


Pay range: INR 50,000 - 80,000 per month.
