Head of Quality Assurance

As the Head of Quality Assurance, your role is crucial in maintaining world-class standards of precision, reliability, and customer satisfaction for the organization's analytical instruments. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with business goals and compliance requirements. - Leading ISO 9001 compliance and certification audits to ensure adherence to international standards. - Collaborating with R&D for product validation protocols and approving new product releases based on testing results. - Conducting FAIR for critical components, implementing Green Channel procurement, and driving quality audits for suppliers. - Monitoring manufacturing quality control, defining test standards, and enforcing in-process quality control protocols. - Maintaining SOPs, test plans, and inspection documentation for clear traceability and adherence to ISO standards. - Leading rejection analysis, implementing CAPA, and reporting quality metrics to senior leadership. - Managing obsolete parts, customer complaints, and leading the QA team with a focus on analytical instruments and precision manufacturing. Qualifications required for this position include: - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation or related field. - 10-15 years of QA experience, preferably in analytical/precision manufacturing. - Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, FAIR, and quality management tools. - Proficiency in software such as Asana and SAP B1. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
