Head of Project Management

As a Project Head at our company in Sivakasi, you will play a crucial role in overseeing Greenfield and Brownfield projects, ensuring their successful execution within time, cost, and quality parameters. Your responsibilities will involve leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with various departments, and driving project completion. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the execution of Greenfield and Brownfield industrial projects from start to finish. - Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation effectively. - Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Regulatory departments. - Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety measures. - Collaborate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. - Prepare and deliver project status reports to senior management. - Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement project management best practices. Required Skills & Competencies: - Minimum 15 years of proven experience in Project Management. - Strong understanding of construction, installation, and commissioning activities. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools. - Exposure to Power Plant setup would be advantageous. In addition to the above requirements, having a PMP Certification and experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Power, or Process Plants will be beneficial for this role.
