Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead

  end-to-end program operations

  , ensuring high-quality delivery of flagship and trial programs.

• Build, refine, and scale

  processes, SOPs, and metrics

  that improve efficiency and ensure operational excellence.

• Manage and mentor a team of managers and program associates, driving accountability and performance.

• Partner with product, tech, and experience teams to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and deliver better member outcomes.

• Drive

  renewals, referrals, and escalations

  with a focus on improving retention and member satisfaction.

• Track KPIs across program delivery and create dashboards/reports for leadership visibility.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of experience in

  program management or operations

  , ideally in a

  startup or fast-growth environment

  .

• Proven track record of leading teams, scaling operations, and delivering measurable results.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to

  translate data into decisions and improvements

  .

• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can

  set up systems from scratch

  .

• Experience in

  health-tech or healthcare startups

  is a strong plus, though not mandatory.
