Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end engineering for different projects.
Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers across domains.
Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams for seamless delivery.
Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and modern tech stacks.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
Experience in microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience in GenAI, containerization (Docker/K8s), and serverless architecture.
Startup or product company background.
