Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned procurement leader with a proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost optimization, and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience leading the procurement function, developing sourcing strategies, managing vendor partnerships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining optimal cost and quality standards.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead the procurement team to ensure effective sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
Manage vendor relationships to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement goals with business needs.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in procurement leadership, preferably in infrastructure or toll automation.
Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Experience with procurement software and systems is desirable.
Strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
