This role offers the chance to lead and shape the PPC strategy of a dynamic digital marketing team, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI across multiple channels. As Head of PPC, you will guide a team of specialists, manage high-impact Google AdWords accounts, and implement innovative strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Accountabilities
- Lead and mentor a team of PPC specialists, fostering collaboration and high performance
- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI
- Manage Google AdWords accounts directly, providing guidance and oversight to team members
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement strategies to maximize reach and relevance
- Create and test compelling ad copy and creatives, performing A/B testing for optimal results
- Allocate and monitor PPC budgets to ensure effective spending and reporting on performance
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights and reports
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in PPC and digital marketing
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as a PPC Manager
- Expertise in managing Google AdWords accounts and familiarity with PPC best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Proficiency in PPC and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, AdWords Editor, and SEMrush
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide and develop a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic remote work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Reliable power backup for a full work shift and secondary internet with minimum 25mbps upload/download, jitter below 10ms, and latency below 160ms
