Head of Operations - Procurement & Warehouse

As an experienced Head of Operations at Serturner, you will be responsible for leading and streamlining our procurement and warehouse operations to ensure efficient distribution and dispatch of medicines, equipment, and consumables. Your role will involve overseeing end-to-end supply chain processes, maintaining vendor relationships, optimizing inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage procurement of medicines, medical equipment, and consumables. - Oversee warehouse operations in Naigaon, including storage, inventory control, and dispatch. - Ensure timely and accurate distribution to partner centers and clients. - Build and maintain relationships with vendors and logistics partners. - Implement SOPs, quality standards, and compliance measures for pharmaceutical operations. - Monitor costs and improve operational efficiency through process optimization. - Manage and train warehouse and procurement teams. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical supply operations. - Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and procurement processes. - Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.,
