Job Description

Job Title: Head of Operations Events & Weddings Location: Delhi NCR Key Responsibilities: • End-to-End Event Management: Lead the complete execution of high-end weddings and large-scale eventsfrom planning, production, vendor coordination to final delivery. • P&L Ownership: Manage and optimize event budgets, track financial performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality. • Vendor & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with external vendors—production, dcor, logistics, hospitality, F&B, and more. • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of project managers, event coordinators, and on-ground staff. • Client Experience: Work closely with creative, sales, and client servicing teams to deliver seamless experiences in line with client expectations. • Process & SOPs: Create operational systems, workflows, and checklists to ensure scalability, consistency, and timely execution. • On-Ground Execution: Be present at major events to oversee execution and troubleshoot live challenges. Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in event management, with at least 3 years in a senior operations role. • Proven experience in managing luxury weddings or large-format events. • Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing P&L. • Exceptional project management and negotiation skills. • Willingness to travel and work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. Preferred: • Experience working in premium event agencies or hospitality/event production houses. • Familiarity with wedding industry vendors across India.
