Hotel Royal Orchid, Bangalore,

Position:

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and agencies.
Coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, banquet, operations) to ensure seamless execution of events.
Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and event orders based on client requirements.
Meet and exceed revenue targets for catering and banquet sales.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in catering or banquet sales, preferably in the hotel Industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the local market and corporate clientele is an advantage.
