Job Description

Social Media & Agency Management
Work closely with creative and media agencies, brief them effectively, ensure timely execution of campaigns, and maintain consistency of brand voice across all platforms.
Campaign Planning & Delivery
– Conceptualize and oversee digital campaigns end-to-end, from ideation to launch, ensuring performance-driven outcomes on Meta and other key platforms.
Online Reputation Management
– Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer conversations across channels. Respond promptly with the right brand tone and implement proactive measures to build positive brand perception.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
– Use tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other dashboards to track campaign results, generate reports, and present insights for decision-making.
Content & Brand Alignment
– Work with internal teams to ensure all digital activities align with the brand’s positioning, marketing calendar, and offline activations.
Innovation & Trends
– Stay updated on digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to suggest fresh approaches that keep the brand ahead.

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on knowledge of social media management, digital ad platforms, and analytics
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deliverables within timelines
Prior exposure to hospitality, fashion, or FMCG brands is a must
