Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, setup, and execution of all banquet functions and events.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales, Kitchen, and Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage banquet staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Monitor inventory, equipment, and banquet supplies, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
  • Handle guest interactions before, during, and after events to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in banquet operations, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and large teams efficiently.
  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
