Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Operations, located in Ludhiana. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Asha Jewellers. Key tasks include managing and creating operational processes, analyzing operational data to enhance productivity and efficiency, managing and developing team members, and ensuring effective communication across departments. The role also involves budgeting, cost management, inventory management , working capital management and ensuring that operations adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

• Experience in the jewelry industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
