You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of vision in Southeast Asia by leading the regional product strategy for a global eyewear phenomenon. As the Merchandising Lead at OWNDAYS, you will report directly to the Head of International Business (SEA) and be at the forefront of fashion, data, and business strategy. Your mission is to define the regional product strategy, ensuring that our offerings resonate with diverse local markets while maintaining a cohesive global identity. What You Will Own: - Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the product vision for the region through in-depth market research and competitive analysis. - Go-To-Market Architecture: Orchestrate impactful product launches by aligning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the bridge between Global Product Teams and Regional Stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing, positioning, and priorities. - Data-Driven Evolution: Utilize KPIs and customer feedback to drive quick pivots and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. - Team Development: Mentor and scale a high-performing regional product and marketing team to promote innovation and accountability. Who You Are: - A Leader: With over 10 years of experience leading product functions in Retail, Fashion, or Eyewear sectors. - A Regional Expert: Deep understanding of the South East Asia market landscape, including consumer nuances and regulations. - A Strategist: Proficient in processes, data analytics, fashion trends, and user-centered design. - A Communicator: Skilled in articulating complex product visions to senior leadership and inspiring cross-functional teams. The Qualifications: - Bachelors degree required (MBA/Advanced degree is a plus). - Proven track record in international/global companies. - Expertise in GTM strategies and Product Lifecycle Management.
