Are you a seasoned merchandiser with a strong grip on supplier management, sourcing, timelines, and quality? We’re looking for a Head of Merchandising

🔹 What You’ll Do

Lead supplier development & onboarding
Drive cost negotiation and quality compliance
Oversee production timelines & delivery schedules
Guide and develop the merchandising team
Plan logistics, manage inventory & coordinate shipments
Ensure timely payment forecasts for accounts

🔹 What You Bring

12–14 years
of experience (10+ in B2B/export house preferred)
Strong
Excel
skills
Excellent communication (written & verbal)
Experience evaluating factories & QC parameters
Ability to build strong vendor relationships
Proven leadership & process optimization skills
