Job Description

Summary:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for implementing the mall's preventative maintenance plan - MEP operations-wisewise
Effectively control the cost of utility consumption to achieve the required savings.
Responsible for keeping track of consumables provided for serving preventative and corrective maintenance, with the objective of maintaining costs within budget as well as ensuring that there is no stockout situation at any point in time, which can lead to inconvenience for the visitors.
Prepare routine and ad hoc reports to keep the management informed about all issues relating to housekeeping of properties and take necessary action thereon.
Implement an effective roaster for the MEP team to cover the mall operations 24/7.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelor of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Holder or any relevant disciplines.
15-20 years of experience with at least 5-7 years of experience in the same field, preferably in Large Hotels, IT Parks, Commercial Complexes, and Malls
Familiarity with computerized Building Management System, Fire Alarm, CCTV, and Other ELV systems.
