Develop and own the end-to-end partnerships strategy aligned with company objectives.
Identify new partnership opportunities across industries, geographies, and verticals.
Lead cross-functional alignment with marketing, product, legal, and operations to support partnership execution.
Source, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships that contribute to revenue, product expansion, or user growth.
Build relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
Develop tailored partnership models including joint ventures, integrations, co-marketing campaigns, or distribution deals.
Manage existing partnerships, ensuring successful implementation, performance tracking, and mutual value creation.
Conduct regular business reviews with key partners and internal stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and deliverables, and optimize partnerships based on performance data.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing partnerships team (if applicable).
Establish scalable processes, reporting, and systems for partnership growth.
7–10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field.
Proven track record of sourcing, closing, and growing complex partnerships.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
Experience in [industry, e.g., SaaS, fintech, e-commerce] is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA
