As a Senior Marketing Manager in the rapidly growing lithium battery sector, your role will involve leading marketing and business development initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, appointing, and onboarding new dealers, distributors, and franchise partners across target regions. - Overseeing the setup of exclusive Li-ion battery retail and service stores from site selection, branding, and setup to operational launch. - Developing and implementing regional and national marketing strategies to increase market share, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales growth. - Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of marketing executives and business development personnel to achieve monthly and annual targets. - Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to formulate effective marketing and pricing strategies. - Building strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Driving promotional activities, trade shows, exhibitions, and digital marketing campaigns aligned with corporate objectives. - Tracking performance metrics, preparing business reports, and presenting insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making. Key Skills & Competencies: - Proven experience in dealer/distributor appointment and management. - Strong background in franchise business model implementation. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into actionable results. - Experience in EV batteries, lithium-ion battery packs, or renewable energy sector preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Willingness to travel as per business requirements. Qualification: - Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Engineering (MBA in Marketing). - 7-10 years of experience in marketing, business development, or channel management, preferably in the battery / energy / EV domain.
