As a Learning & Capability Framework Builder at Merittos, you will have the exciting opportunity to design and implement a comprehensive framework that will enable the organization to onboard faster, adapt continuously, and execute consistently at scale. Your role will focus on defining end-to-end capability frameworks, creating scalable learning infrastructure, and partnering with business leaders to translate strategy into effective learning journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Define and build capability frameworks for onboarding, role readiness, upskilling, and leadership development - Establish scalable learning infrastructure including LMS, playbooks, SOPs, certifications, and internal knowledge systems - Collaborate with business leaders to design role-based learning paths that support re-skilling and growth - Ensure structured onboarding and readiness models to improve time-to-productivity - Empower managers and leaders to develop teams through clear frameworks and practical learning tools - Track and refine learning effectiveness by measuring readiness, adoption, and execution quality Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Enablement, or Capability Building - Proficiency in building learning frameworks in SaaS, Tech, Consulting, or fast-scaling organizations - Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and collaborate with senior leadership - Strong builder mindset with a focus on ownership and execution depth Additionally, as a bottom-up builder, hands-on owner, and business-led professional, you will be responsible for designing frameworks first and then scaling execution, piloting and iterating, and ensuring that learning priorities align with business changes. Success in this role will be measured by the organization's ability to absorb change faster, scale capabilities with growth, and integrate learning into daily operations and scaling processes. This role is not a training delivery or coordination position, a soft-skills or engagement-only function, or a vendor-driven L&D setup lacking internal ownership. By excelling in this role, you will contribute to the transformation of learning at Merittos, enabling new and existing teams to adapt predictably, scale capabilities effectively, and integrate learning into the organization's execution and growth strategies.
