**Job Description** India Designer Show is looking for a Head of International Design Business to represent the company in a partnership with International Design Studio. As the SPOC based in India, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between Indian design ecosystem and the US eCommerce landscape. Your role will involve leading international expansion efforts, coordinating US-based design shows, managing eCommerce operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional brand representation for long-term growth and cultural exchange. This full-time position may require occasional international travel. **Key Responsibilities** - Partnership Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between India Designer Show and International Design Studio, managing communications, aligning project timelines, and resolving operational challenges. - Event Management Support: Assist in planning and executing US-based pop-up shows and design events, including vendor coordination, logistics, and showcasing Indian craftsmanship. - End-to-End E-Commerce Management: Oversee all eCommerce operations for Indian designer products on the International Design Studio platform. - Logistics and Fulfillment: Coordinate international shipping, customs clearance, and delivery within the US for products sourced from India. - Sales and Business Development: Drive eCommerce traffic and sales through cross-promotions and targeted outreach to US buyers. - Market Insights and Reporting: Monitor US market trends, gather feedback, and provide regular reports to the leadership. - Brand Representation: Promote Indian designers to an international audience with cultural sensitivity and authenticity. - Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with US-based retailers, media, and design communities to expand visibility of Indian products. **Qualifications and Requirements** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion/Design, International Relations, or related field. - Experience: Minimum 8+ years of industry experience, including operations, category management, and logistics coordination. - Skills: Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, cultural awareness, proficiency in CRM tools and analytics platforms. - Personal Attributes: Adaptable, results-oriented, passionate about global design innovation, detail-oriented. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in organizing design/fashion events. - Network within the global design community. - Knowledge of US import/export regulations. - Negotiation skills and passion for international branding. - Digital savvy with experience in online stores and promotions. **What We Offer** - Competitive Salary: 10,00,000 - 12,00,000 INR annually. - Generous ESOPs. - Performance Incentives: Quarterly sales bonuses and annual performance bonus. - International Travel Opportunities. - Chance to play a pivotal role in globalizing Indian design.
