Head of Human Resources

·        Should work to ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to Customers.

·        Should be able to build our brand and raise brand awareness.

·        Should plan ways to promote and change the public perception of brands.

·        Should work “in-house” and make sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.

·        Should improve company’s reputation and drive growth.

Key responsibilities :

·        To carry out market research in order to keep up to date of the latest customer trends and predict the future trends.

·        To keep an eye on the competitive products in the market.

·        Analyze our brand position and consumer insights

·        Develop strategies and conduct marketing campaigns – ensure that the products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.

·        Analyze the success of such marketing campaigns and to prepare report and update the Managements regarding the same.

·        Conduct all source of marketing activities to maintain consistency in branding.

·        Organize events for new product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.

·        Shape and communicate our Mission and Vision

·        Devise innovative growth strategies.

·        Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.

Requirements :

·        Degree in Marketing or any course related to a Brand Manager

·        Outstanding communication skill in both Hindi / English – both written and Verbal

·        Thorough knowledge about Market Research, Advertising, Consumer behavior and Marketing Analytics.

·        Proven working experience as a Brand Manager

·        Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies

·        Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

·        Thorough knowledge / understanding and up to date of the latest market trends

·        Strong analytical skills and possess a creative mind.
