Influencer/Account Manager – Skin Cosmetic

Location: Pitampura, New Delhi

Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹65,000 per month

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Influencer/Account Manager to lead our influencer marketing and account management efforts. As Influencer/Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, managing key accounts, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Management

- Identify and partner with influencers to promote Skin Cosmetic products

- Manage influencer relationships and ensure brand consistency

- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content

Account Management

- Build and manage relationships with key accounts (retail, wholesale, etc.)

- Lead joint business planning and negotiate listings

- Track account performance and identify opportunities for growth

Marketing & Communications

- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns

- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts

- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement

Requirements & Qualifications

- 3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, account management, or sales — ideally in skincare, beauty, or FMCG.

- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and account management principles.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and account growth.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
