Job Description

Responsibilities Own growth strategy end-to-end from awareness and acquisition to activation and retention. Design and execute go-to-market experiments across multiple channels (product-led, content, community, partnerships, paid, etc. ). Collaborate with product and engineering to build features that amplify virality, user retention, and onboarding Build and scale our Web3-native community (think DAOs, token incentives, Discord, governance). Analyze growth data deeply, turning metrics into insights and insights into action. Cultivate high-impact partnerships across the AI, data, and crypto ecosystems. Requirements Have 3-6+ years of growth experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced tech environment. Have worked with or around Web3 crypto, AI, or developer tools (bonus if you've touched more than one). Are both strategic and scrappy, you can build a growth model, but also write a thread or ship a landing page yourself. Deeply curious about AI x Web3 and can speak to why decentralized data matters. Think in systems, but love to experiment. You're comfortable iterating in the dark until you find traction.
