About Brownie Media

Brownie Media is a growth partner for ambitious D2C brands. We do not just run ads. We own outcomes. Our mandate is simple scale profitably, sustainably, and predictably.

We are building a serious performance growth department and we are looking for a senior performance marketer who can lead it end to end.


The Role

This is a leadership role. You will own the entire paid growth engine across Meta, Google, and emerging channels. Strategy, execution, experimentation, team building, and performance accountability all sit with you.


You will work directly with founders and clients, translate business goals into scalable performance systems, and build a department that compounds results over time.

If you are someone who lives inside ad accounts, understands algorithms deeply, stays ahead of platform changes, and can lead people as well as numbers this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

Performance Strategy and Ownership

  • Own paid growth strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and future paid channels
  • Design full funnel performance systems from prospecting to retention and remarketing
  • Translate brand and business goals into CAC, MER, ROAS, and contribution margin targets
  • Build scalable testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels


Platform Expertise

  • Deep hands on expertise in Meta Ads including Advantage Plus, broad targeting, creative led scaling, and algorithm behavior
  • Strong command over Google Ads including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube
  • Stay continuously updated with algorithm changes, attribution shifts, and platform level updates
  • Ability to adapt strategies quickly when platforms change behavior


Creative and Growth Thinking

  • Work closely with creative, content, and UGC teams to drive performance led creative outputs
  • Understand what makes creatives scale and how to systemize creative testing
  • Use data to inform creative direction not just media buying decisions


Leadership and Team Building

  • Lead and mentor performance marketers and media buyers
  • Build SOPs, playbooks, and internal frameworks for scaling accounts
  • Set performance standards and review team output regularly
  • Own hiring, training, and capability building for the growth department


Client and Business Impact

  • Act as the growth owner for key D2C clients
  • Present performance insights, growth plans, and scaling roadmaps to founders
  • Take accountability for results not just activity
  • Help shape Brownie Media’s positioning as a true growth partner


What We Are Looking For
  • 4 plus years of serious performance marketing experience preferably in D2C or ecommerce
  • Proven track record of scaling paid channels with profitability
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystems
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to read numbers and see patterns
  • Experience leading or mentoring a performance team
  • Strategic thinker who can zoom out and design systems not just campaigns
  • Comfortable with pressure, ownership, and accountability.


This is not a junior role. This is not a checklist execution role. We are looking for someone who thinks like a growth owner.
