What you’ll do

Design
social-first content
for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
Create carousels, thumbnails, static posts, story creatives, and visual systems
Collaborate closely with content, video, and strategy teams
Use
AI image generation tools
as part of your workflow to enhance speed and creativity
Adapt designs quickly based on performance, feedback, and trends
Maintain consistency across brand guidelines while still experimenting with formats

What we’re looking for

1.5–3+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
Clear experience with
social media design
(not just print or branding decks)
Working knowledge of AI image generation and how to integrate it into design workflows
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage timelines
Someone who cares about how content
performs
, not just how it looks

Tools & skills

Figma / Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, or similar)
Understanding of social media formats and platform-specific design
