Role Overview: As the Head of Engineering at IENERGY NETZERO, located in Noida, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the engineering team, lead and manage engineering projects, and ensure the successful development and deployment of software solutions. You will engage in daily tasks such as team management, project oversight, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that engineering activities are aligned with organizational objectives. Furthermore, you will drive innovation, optimize processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
