Job Description: You will be a full-time Inside Sales/Lead Generation Specialist based in Noida, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, customer service, inside sales, and lead generation activities on a daily basis. Your role will involve utilizing your Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Satisfaction skills to engage with customers and generate leads. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills are essential for building and maintaining customer relationships. Your ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment will be crucial in achieving shared goals. A proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs will be beneficial in this role. Knowledge of EHS and ESG concepts would be advantageous in understanding the platform's offerings. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required for this position.,
