Job Description As an Inside Sales/Lead Generation Specialist at IENERGY NETZERO, your role will involve a full-time on-site position located in Noida. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, delivering excellent customer service, conducting inside sales activities, and generating leads on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities - Utilize your Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Satisfaction skills to engage with potential clients and convert leads into sales opportunities. - Demonstrate strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries, provide product information, and maintain positive customer relationships. - Leverage your experience in managing customer relationships and generating leads to contribute to the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets. - Collaborate effectively in a team environment to share insights, strategies, and best practices for enhancing sales performance. - Showcase a proven track record of meeting sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth. - Apply your knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) concepts to add value to client interactions and promote relevant solutions.
