What You ll Do

As the Head of Engineering & Proposals, y ou will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of detailed engineering solutions and smooth project commissioning. You ll lead a diverse team of domain experts and engineering heads across multiple locations, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely execution.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Deliver cost-effective, high-quality engineering solutions on time.

Oversee plant commissioning and test runs for seamless project closure.

Lead discipline circles to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Champion team development, motivation, and retention across clusters.

What You Bring

Proven leadership in engineering management, preferably in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.

Deep expertise in multiple engineering domains (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, etc.).

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

A passion for mentoring, process optimization, and innovation.

You ll collaborate with:

Internal teams: Projects, Procurement, Construction, HR, Finance, and more.

External stakeholders: Clients, consultants, vendors, JV partners, and regulatory bodies
