Head of Engineering and Projects Consumer Products Operations BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Private Limited | Full time | Head of Engineering and Projects Consumer Products Operations Bangalore Your responsibilities Responsible for developing a competitive consumer products portfolio for the Indian market, leveraging supplier expertise with solutions to fulfill local requirements for the emerging market in India ranging from OTS to SKD) Deriving technical product requirements and realizing product projects (OTS to SKD) and ensuring lifecycle mgmt as a counterpart for local demand side Managing and developing the local Engineering and Product Excellence for consumer products Implementing the Indian product and market strategy in the engineering and project teams and work in the local operation network Initiating measures meeting cost, quality time targets for all consumer products for India. Implementing and supporting innovation management according to Indian consumer products strategy Your profile B.E/ M.E Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar, Master preferred. 15+ years exp in different functions in development of consumer appliances for mass-production, like design, functional dev, testing etc Knowledge of Innovation Management business administration Experience in Project Management of high complex projects Team Management, goal setting and leadership skills Your benefits Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy Group Term Life Insurance Policy Group Gratuity @ 4.81% of Basic Salary as per Gratuity Act
