Achieve ZERO failures in cabinet and door foaming tools, Thermoforming tools, Stamping tool, CNC bending tools, Liner punching tools, Increase tool life and reduce costs associated with tool overhauls. Tool PM planning. Roles and Responsibilities : To Maintain the overall production tools and to improve its efficiency. Achieve ZERO failures in Cabinet/Door foaming tools, Thermoforming tools, Stamping tool, CNC Bending tool, Liner punching tools, Improve the tool life time and reduce the cost in overhauling of tools. Tool PM planning. Education: Engineering / Diploma / NTTF ( Tool & Die Making) Experience (type): 6 Years (Maintenance) Specific knowledge: Thermoforming tools, Cabinet foaming tools, Door foaming tools, Metal stamping process, Tool development and proofing, Depth knowledge about tool material properties, Engineering drawing skills , CAD , Conventional machines operations
