Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain tooling for press machines and tools in the tool room. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes. Troubleshoot issues related to tooling design, manufacturing, or performance. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in the automobile industry. Develop new tools and fixtures as needed. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry. Strong understanding of GD&T principles (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) for accurate component placement.
