Tool PM planning. Roles and Responsibilities : To Maintain the overall production tools and to improve its efficiency. Achieve ZERO failures in Cabinet/Door foaming tools, Thermoforming tools, Stamping tool, CNC Bending tool, Liner punching tools, Improve the tool life time and reduce the cost in overhauling of tools. Tool PM planning. Education: Engineering / Diploma / NTTF ( Tool & Die Making) Experience (type): 6 Years (Maintenance) Specific knowledge: Thermoforming tools, Cabinet foaming tools, Door foaming tools, Metal stamping process, Tool development and proofing, Depth knowledge about tool material properties, Engineering drawing skills , CAD , Conventional machines operations
