Role Highlights:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance institutional brand visibility and student outreach.
• Oversee SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, paid advertising, content strategy, and email marketing.
• Manage the institution’s website and digital communication channels to ensure updated, engaging, and student-friendly content.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and ensure ROI-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to design impactful student recruitment campaigns.
• Lead and mentor a digital marketing team to achieve strategic goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Prior experience in universities/colleges/academic institutions will be considered a strong advantage.
• Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media strategy, and content marketing.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt strategies to evolving digital trends
